“Didn't work for me. I snore because of allergies. I had a hard time swallowing saliva with this device on while trying to fall asleep. Primarily because of the positioning of the chin. Instructions say to jut chin forward then install strap. This was awkward and uncomfortable for me and made it difficult to swallow.”
“Breathable. Lightweight. Sturdy velcro straps. Keeps its elasticity up to 4 months depending on wear n tear. Has helped reduce my dry mouth and mouth breathing. Has improved my Bipap score.”
“This made my snoring worse. I bought this on a whim to see if it would help my snoring and hopefully give me a more restful sleep. My husband told me that normally my quiet snoring is tolerable to him-when I wore this he couldn't sleep. He said it was very loud. I wore it for only an hour or two. I could tell that I wasn't sleeping well at all and actually kept waking myself up with my log sawing.”
“I like this strap because it holds the jaw firmly and comfortably. The fit is also perfect. Other chin straps I have tried were itchy and/or were an uncomfortable fit.Does take a little getting used to but I have TMJ and appreciate that it holds the jaw firmly.”
“I like the material and the fit. The flaw is that if you have hair at the back of your head, as most women do, the velcro fastener does not work well at all. I have considered a sleeping cap to use it. I bought another type of chin strap instead.”
“It's not super comfy but doable. The wife states I snore through it. So unfortunately, it does not serve it's purpose for me and that is why I am rating it so low.”
