“I was skeptical about my ability to sleep without mouth breathing but my snoring was getting out of hand and my sleep was suffering. This took some getting used to but I love it now and am happy to let my jaw rest in the support of the strap while also breathing nasally. It still takes some adjusting and isn't 100% perfectly comfortable every night but it may just be my head size/shape. My TMJ is reduced dramatically using this.”

If you don't have TMJ now, this design jacks your jaw into a bad place for a healthy joint. I was going to use this with a mouthguard to avoid problems. There was no way I could sleep with that strap. I used a CPAP machine for 30 years. This would be worse.”
