“This is an early review.Shipping took almost 4 weeks, and so far it's my only complaint. At a tenth of the price as some other brands, I'm quite satisfied. I work out pretty intensely a few times a week (weight lifting and Muay Thai). I've been having nerve pain due to excessively tight back and this thing has helped loosen some knots that all my stretching has not. Took off 1 star for shipping but product itself has exceeded my expectations.”
