“I got this mask to help with my migraines and cystic acne flare ups.It really does help with my migraines.I few things you should note:Apply a good moisturizer before putting this on your face. It's is cold so it dries out the skin and it pushes the skin so it forms wrinkles that stay there for a bit after removing the mask for me it was under my eyes.It is uncomfortable at first but not horrible by any means. It's just frozen so can't mold to your face properly, after about 10-15 min it will thaw a little enough for you to mold it to your face shape better.it doesn't reach the ears which I don't like because as you can see in my photo I have cystic acne there , and I wanted the mask for that reason as well.The mask does great for the areas it does cover with my acne . It calms the redness and swelling it also reduces the pain that comes with cystic acne.Over all I like it.”
