“For better results flip the mask the other way and press it against your face, it's not meant to be comfortable due to it being cold but thay the best way to to reduce puffiness.”

“This item does not fit across the face. Once it is frozen-it lays flat and doesn't conform across the face like most gel or bead ice packs. It becomes a solid block instead. Even after I let it thaw a lot, the fabric side is not cold any longer.”
