“Have been using it since 2days.. I kept it in freezer for 4hours before first use.-Inner velvet side won't get cold even if you keep in freezer for 4-6 hours. I personally preferred more colder than it felt on my skin to enjoy the mask.-Outer gel beads do get cold but won't last for more than 5-7mins.. I wore the mask inside out, gel beads side touching my face, I FELT REALLY GOOD & RELIEVED. As if allll the stress& tension on muscles melted away..!-Fit is weird, as all reviewers have stated.-Straps hold mask securely onto face & it won't slip. You can adjust the pressure on your face by either loosening/ tightening the straps.-My only problem was I had to constantly adjust it / keep moving beads to evenly distribute the pressure on my face& press a little around eyes & chin area to have skin contact with mask. It presses weirdly onto face that feels uncomfortable after 2-3mins so I start adjusting it CONSTANTLY.- I have puffy face as I'm obese 300lbs. I felt really good after using the mask. BUT, I had kind of mild burning sensation on face after using that mask, which lasted for around 1hr. I have used it 4 times so far, I felt the burning / itching all 4 times. I'm unable to figure out the reason yet, yes it was more when I used the velvet side touching my skin.- I didn't HEAT it so I can't comment on that aspect. I also doubt how the plastic layer on beads & elastic straps will hold up to microwaving??Sharing pics to help customers.”
“Some keys areas such as my chin, doesn't get the cooling effects, unless I press the mask against my face. Doesn't stay cold very long at all, but it is comfortable.”
“It fits much too small it does not stay cold but for about 15 minutes it does not reach the incision points of my plastic surgery it does not cover the ear lobes which are one of the critical areas to ice. It takes 2 hours at least to freeze it and the cold only lasts for 15 minutes and doesn't reach the most strategic areas this is a terrible product for the use of any kind of facial surgery. I bought three so I could keep them cycling and always have some ice on my face but they don't stay cold long enough three isn't enough I would like to return them all but it's just not worth my time fooling with this nonsense of a product”
