“The media could not be loaded. I give this product a 3-star. For the reason that it's a bit heavy on my face when it's frozen. And also it's not cold enough at least not for me. I turn it around and use the gel size on my face instead of the soft side. Unfortunately it only stays cold for a good 15 minutes.”
