“This product is very simple. The only negative is that the little softballs on the inside don't spread out evenly and don't fit in all of the creases. Also it is kind of difficult to strap it around your hair if you have puffy hair or a ponytail or thick hair or anything etc. But overall it gets the job done it freezes pretty quickly and it gets cold very fast.”
“I was hoping this would sooth sunburns, acne, headaches, etc. However, it's really small and didn't cover a lot of my face. It fits really poorly and the strap doesn't help much.The inside has a soft, felt-like material but I ended up not feeling any of the cool/cold that I wanted and if your face is even a little oily, it's going to absorb that.You're better off soaking a towel in ice cold water and putting that on your face.”
“I like the fact that its like an ice pack with a soft back, but thats all it is. It sucks for your face. Its uncomfortable on my face and the ice melts to fast. I put it on my face and it squeezes my skin if its to tight and if its to lose the pac barely touches my face. It does not fold and mold to my face shape. I just needed for under eyes. I should of just bought an eye mask. I will not purchase this again”
“I put this in the freezer and let it thaw a bit before placing on my face. I don't want my skin burned after all. I wished the coolness lasted a but longer. I am almost 40 and need this to look somewhat presentable in regards to depuffing my face.”
