“I have only tried using it cold from the fridge and freezer. The fabric side is very soft and comfortable. However the mask does not fit the face well. It doesn't cover face all the way so some spots get left out.”
“I really like this ice mask and use it a few times a week. I put the cloth side on my face which is plenty cold & not painful. I have big hair and have no problem because the closures in the back are velcro. I would buy this mask again.”
