This fit the bill perfectly you can shift the beads around from each of the quadrants and moved around to whatever body part needs therapy. I highly recommended and I found it very good value for the money.”
“Large enough to go around my wife's ankle after surgery. Stayed cold for quite awhile. It has very small freezable granules in each section. It stayed pliable enough to put around her small ankle. The only small problem was that it does get somewhat hard to bend around an area, like an ankle, when it's been in the freezer for a day or so. It is segmented so that helped overcome the stiffness quite a bit. I would order it again, if needed.”
