“Popped open after 1 days use. I pulled my quad and have been using it about 1x per 4 hours for about 15 minutes and it worked great yesterday and today it popped and all the beads went everywhere and k no longer have a way to ice my leg. Would not recommend 😡”
“For the price it's a great deal! It does the job of a cold pack for about 20 mins.I did not try it as a hot pack yet so cannot comment on its reliability inside a microwave.Planning to use it just for a cold pack.Tip: Out of the freezer I directly use it on the plastic side and not the soft cloth side to get the most benefit.”
