“We bought this ice pack for my husbands leg injury. It worked well for a few times freezing it. I just tried to use it for the first time since then and there is a tear in the seam and the little beads are coming out. For the price of this ice pack, I would think this should last for years! Always treated it gently. Very disappointing! No way to return-we have had it over a month! Don't buy!!!!! This is absolutely a terrible product!”
