“I've had a fever for about 20 days and am going through ice pack after ice pack without staying cool. I gave in and bought this and it has been wonderful. One side is super soft and extremely comfortable while the other shows the plastic beads. This doesn't need to be in the freezer for very long for it to work. I put it in the freezer for overnight when I first got it and then it stayed cold to the touch for about 4 hours on my back. It is kind of heavy, feels like a weighted blanket.”

Worked well for a few days and then the edge seals broke open spilling contents. This product would be very good if only the edges were properly finished.”
