“Horrible product I purchased this product after having an SI joint fusion to help with post-surgical swelling and I used it 3-4 times (strictly cold) and the liquid that is inside the beads leaked out onto my couch and stained the couch. I have used several ice packs and the quality of this one was 0 out of 10! This was one of the products specifically for the lumbar area and I was sadly disappointed in the quality!”
“No way to secure the ties There was no clasp on any of the 3 ice packs I purchased. There is no way to tighten the strap around the knee and tighten it. Ridiculous.”
