“No way to secure the ties There was no clasp on any of the 3 ice packs I purchased. There is no way to tighten the strap around the knee and tighten it. Ridiculous.”
“Not worth the money The gel beads and the liquid around them freeze solid making is really uncomfortable to wrap around joints. The other gel bead ice packs we have are very pliable and comfortable to use. This ice pack has very few gel beads and more liquid that freezes solid. It is also much smaller than it looks like in the pictures. It is a big disappointment.”

“The plastic side is way too hot While I liked the size of this item and that it had a strap, I was unfamiliar with the "gel beads" portion. It turned out that they constantly move around in their "columns" so there's no uniform heating. And you have to put a cloth in between you and the plastic side or it is way too hot. If you use the fabric side, it's basically not even warm. I've seen this style elsewhere and don't recommend it because the hot side is uneven and too hot and the unhot side doesn't do much.”
