“This is great for migraine pain, no more having to hold an ice pack in place and try to get to sleep. It straps as loosely or tightly as you need and is really effective. Only thing I would say is the beads warm up a bit too quickly, even though I used it from the freezer.”

“I got this for some headaches i had been havind. Easy tp use. The fizzy side is great to stop it being too cold just don't touch the other side. The beads make it a bit bulky until it thaws a bit. I've had to wear it upside down to stop it knocking my glasses but it still gets the job done.”
