“This is a great product, very comfortable and efficient quickly for migraines. However, probably due to the small size of the actual ice part on it, it doesn't last more than maybe an hour... I suggest using this one alternating with a second one, either the same type, or different type. This way, you can freeze one while using the other and then switch for as long as needed.Otherwise, I am still happy with this product. Thanks.”
“30 day update: been using it daily for migraines. The beads are coming out. I had to throw one out yesterday and now this one.____I love that this comes in a two pack. I'm always alternating between my ice packs due to chronic pain-but these do not hold temperature for long. They definitely do not stay frozen/cold enough to matter for any longer than 10 min.”
