“As a life long migraine sufferer I had high hopes. The style, size and comfort are great.Unfortunately like others have said it doesn't stay cold long enough (15mins max) and after a few months the seams start to go with the beads falling out.I bought a two pack, twice and all four pieces have fallen apart in the same places (centre seams & top seams).If the seams held they would be a decent product for headaches and low grad migraines. As they are I would not buy again.”
“I was hoping to add these to my repertoire of ice packs that I keep at the ready for migraine relief. Unfortunately they are too small for what I need. They are too narrow for my needs. If they were 2x as wide then they would be perfect for me. I still keep them in the freezer as a backup, but I don't use them regularly as thry are just too small for my needs. They're so close to being exactly what I needed too!”

“Entweder bin ich zu bl�d, oder ich habe keine Ahnung.Ich habe den arikel 2 stunden im K�hlschrank und dann lege ich ihn um meine Backe nach Zahn OP aber es k�hlt nicht so richtig obwohl ich mit der seite wo die gel kugeln sind auf die backe lege. Das verstehe ich nicht. Es k�hlt maximal 10minuten und nicht l�nger. Ist das mormal.Kann mir jemand helfen. Sonst muß ich den Artikel leider zur�ck schicken.Ich hatte es auch nach zahn op angewendet und mit k�hlen aber es h�lt nicht lange k�hl andere k�hlpads haben l�nger gek�hlt. Aber band h�lt sehr gut. Oder habe ich die falsche seite angelegt an meine backe.ich habe die gelkugeln auf die haut gelegt.”
