“I purchased the 2 pack of Migraine ice/heat pack for my husband. He likes that they have the Velcro to keep them on his head while he is using them. He has used one several times now as an ice pack and tonight he used the other one for the first time as a heat compress. He has had to reheat it several times and has not had the relief he is needing from the pain. He did say he wished that the witdth of the heating pad was larger to be able to go over his forehead as well as his eyes. The one he used for cold compress did seem to stay cold for quite a while.”
“This head band is excellent for neurological compression or pain relief. I've had 3 of these but unfortunately they have all split after 3 months of use - kind of frustrating as they're perfect aside from that.”

“Everything about this product is perfect. It fits nice. It covers all of my migraine troubled areas… but most importantly it is effective! I get instant relief from tension headaches. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it doesn't stay cold as long as I would hope, it never lasts past 45 minutes to and hour. But it definitely gives me enough time to experience immediate relief and allow pain medicine to kick in if I choose to take some. Great product.”
