“Bought this for a bit of migraine relief. Usually would try to just wrap an ill-fitting wet cloth but those (even better fitting bandana) don't stay cold long enough. I was concerned that the extra Nikki was from the freeze-substance would put just enough extra pressure on my temples to make things worse ... not so. it still provides relief without unwanted extra pressure. The cloth part of materials is soft. The elastic part is flexible & strong enough to have this affix properly. To be perfect: wish this remained cold for longer (so having 2 is nice), and wish the freezer part was a bit more flexible like other health-freeze packs I have so that it wraps more evenly around my head”
