“Unfortunately, this product does not provide the cooling sensation I need for my headaches. After you put it in the freezer for two hours, It's not that cold, and I think the cloth part (the side that touches your head) has a lot to do with that. This is the first hot/cold head-wrap type product that I have used that has the cloth part touching your head. However, even when I turned it inside out it did not stay cold for longer than five minutes. If you completely freeze it for a few days, it drips badly and still doesn't work very well. If you have frequent headaches or migraines, do not use this product as it shall not be of any help to you. Perhaps if the makers of this product improve its ability to hold cold temperatures it can be very useful. I also think they should get rid of the cloth texture.”
“These are great cold packs for when you have a headache/migraine or other aches pains; or simply want to cool down on a hot day. However, the draw back is you get TWO head wraps and only ONE flimsy little bag to store them in the freezer. This is a very important item to have for head wraps, the bag protects the item from picking up any smells from other food items in your freezer on the fuzzy part of the head wrap or the velcro strap. There is nothing worse than having freezer burn food smell on your head during a migraine attack with nausea! Deducting one star for the crappy bag and lack of quality on the ONE bag it did come with.”
“This works really well for about five minutes and genuinely helps my migraines. But that's just it - 5 minutes is about as long as it stays cold. It thaws super quickly. Just wish it lasted a bit longer.”
“Love this product! My only qualm is that the fabric lining on the back side (the side against your skin) is so thick that you dont feel the cold for long. I usually end up reversing it because the front side is colder. Also can't wear glasses while it's on. But it does the trick!”
