“I bought this product because I get migraines and the cold helps. I purchased after buying the one for the back after an injury, the back one freezes and works great for 20 to 30 minutes. This one does not freeze so it is only cool (not cold) for 5 minutes. Whatever gel they put inside they mush have put too much alcohol (or whatever they put in so it does not freeze rock solid). VERY DISAPOINTED. I would return but had discarded packaging before I purchase. I had read both good and bad reviews about both products, it sounds like if you get one with the proper gel mixture it works well. If NOT IT IS USELESS”
“Good idea in theory but does not fit around head well even with adjusting strap. The ice pack part does not fully wrap around front of head and only stays cold for a very short amount of time before becoming warm.”
“These work well for when I have a migraine as a I keep one in the fridge at all times and switch them when needed. The bands help keep them on my head without being to tight and aggravating my migraines.”
“These were perfect for after wisdom teeth removal! Not too cold because of the soft fabric on one side and have since been used to help with easing headache pain. They are a little awkward to wear but they get the job done.”
“I gave this 4 star because if the pack could be taken off from the strap it would help with washing and keeping the strap clean. The fit is great because you adjust the straps that stick. I put it in the freezer which I thought helped much more with my headache than just the fridge. Last pretty long that way to. Helps to cool your pain down so you can get some form of ease”
