“I brought these following a double wisdom tooth removal. I needed something to cool my lower jaw and wanted hands free for ease of use. This offered both of those things.I also suffer with chronic migraines and found that they can offer a nice soothing feeling as well so has an added double use.The fit was very good, the shape also allowed better coverage over the jaw whilst reducing bulk this also applied when its being used for headaches/migraines because it covers the forehead nicely and has larger ends which cover the temples.The gel beads offer a really nice soothing quality to the product making it mould nicely without added pressure. There is also a soft fabric coating on one side and makes it much more comfortable against the skin (no skin burn from the cold)The cooling properties lasted a good amount of time, you are meant to use cold on and off so I found by the time it ran out it was time for a rest from the product anyway. However I purchased a 2 pack which meant I always had one in the freezer and could rotate themThese cooling bands have been incredibly helpful and comforting many many times and I expect many more to come.
