“It is a nice idea, but from someone who suffers from migraines, this is a miss. It doesn't stay cold for very long at all. In fact, if you use one and then the other, the first one won't even be ready by the time the second one isn't cold anymore.”

“I use these when I get migraines- it's awesome to have 2 because I can keep using them continuously. They fit very securely and are surprisingly comfortable. When you first take it out of the freezer and wrap it on your head it can feel a little hard but you just have to massage the beads around for a second the make it conform to your head and you're all set. The inside is a nice soft fabric and it's shielded enough that I can put it directly on my forehead without it being too cold.Plus I can wear it around the house or like last week, in the car without worrying about it staying in place. These seriously have changed my life!”
