“Arrived as expected. Cooled down over a few hours. I have the twin pack so one on and one in. I am a chronic cluster headache / migraine sufferer. This did the job until the triptans kicked in.I also use it late afternoons when working from home and on the computer all day. Much cheaper and better for the planet than relying on the single use strips.It is a little awkward to shape to the head when frozen, but far better than wondering about with a tea towel and ice pack.”
