“The velcro is good and strong. But when I take these out of the freezer, they are stiff and won't wrap around my head until they soften. Plus they are too cold at first, requiring me to wear a bandana underneath. But the biggest issue is that the center is narrower and thinner. The cold stuff is on the sides. All of my migraines are in my forehead and that means the cold packs aren't where I need them the most.”
