That sleeve could be placed around my neck, around my head vertically, horizontally, and it was one long continuous gel pack that you could move around to put the gel where it needed to be. It was comfortable.I'm 6 feet, and this product is too small. The gel beads are separated in a few compartments, and it makes it hard to find a comfortable way to wear it especially since the shape isn't a rectangle. The strap doesn't feel great on the skin either. The only way that I managed to use this is by holding in my hands the gel pack where I need it to be against my head, but it's not practical and cold for the hands.I don't like it. I purchased it because it was cheaper than ordering something better from Amazon.com instead of amazon.ca, but it was a mistake. If you suffer from headaches or migraines, go on Amazon.com and look for Medi-Temp Head-Neck Hot/Cold Therapy Pad, or check out products by CoolJaw(I haven't tried those but they look nice). This product is a waste of money if you are looking for relief against headaches or migraines.”
“We use these head wraps often. I've tried the expensive ones and they always break at the seams. The cheap ones are harsh and uncomfortable and also break at the seams. These are made like the expensive ones but at a cheaper price. So far they are doing well.”
