“Bought in May and less than 4 months later, the beads in the masks started coming out of the top of the masks, in the same spot. It comes out right in the middle, at the bridge of the nose... So disappointing!!. The masks aren't as cold as I need and "melt" way too soon. I was overlooking the cooling issue, but it really pissed me off when both masks broke, the exact same way in less than 4 months. Such a waste of money.”
“I bought a 2 pack and one arrived broken - there was a hole in the plastic cover and the beads leaked out everywhere.Tried to use the one that wasn't broken but it wasn't fit for purpose - the seal in the middle means that it does nothing across the forehead but it bulks out over the temples making cooling very uneven. It also doesn't stay cold very long at all, only a couple of minutes, despite it being in the freezer for several days before use.I have requested a return/refund.”
“I purchased these for my wife in mid May and she used them about once a month since (about 3 months). She loves the product but one of the masks has already failed at the seem in the middle of the mask and the beads are all falling out. She'd really like to get a replacement but is very worried about the quality of this product and wonders if this will happen to the other wrap as well. She only used them cold and has stored them in the pouch provided. She tried emailing them directly through the email address they included in the package and it just bounced back saying it doesn't exist.”
“If you are scent sensitive, put them in a ziplock bag! or else your it will smell like whatevers in your fridge. I had a toddler spill something fishy in the fridge and the smell lingered in these headbands long after cleaning both headbands/fridge and a box of baking soda cleared the smell from the fridge.”
“These head wraps were perfect when I got my wisdom teeth removed. It even comes with a freezer bag to keep them from smelling like any food from your freezer!!”
“I've spent a fortune on disposal cold strips over the years so thought these would be great unfortunately apart from the fact they keep slipping off my head as I lay in bed they only stay cold for about 20 minutes and I still had to use my disposal ones after these warmed up . Very disappointed but the concept is great .”
