“As many others have stated, these warm up REALLY fast. However, they also freeze quickly so rotating them isn't a real problem since you get a pair. They do a good job for their size. I can't rate them for warmth, I need ice packs constantly, heat tends to cause inflammation. I have severe degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, and migraines. I live on ice. Just call me the Ice Queen. I plop into snow banks in the winter for relief on a large scale. Yes, I'm crazy, but I know my ice packs. After being diagnosed in 2006, I've become an ice pack connoisseur. The fabric that touches your forehead is nice and soft. My main complaint is that they put the hook side of the Velcro on the elastic facing your hair. Nothing like ripping some hair out when you remove one, unless you are able to line the strips up perfectly behind your head, while stretching it to fit. Ouch! The hook side should really face outward. Switch the velcro around, and I'd definitely order more.”
“I get really bad migraines and try different products to help it. I really loved this at first so easy to pop in the microwave and really helped my migraine attacks along with medication and rest. However after a few uses it just started breaking apart and all the beads inside started falling out so was very disappointed as it originally helped so much!”

“I have gotten migraines most all my life and cold wraps help tremendously. Most of them are too wide, bulky and uncomfortable. This is perfect. I haven't used the smaller one for sinus pressure but I imagine it will be just as good.”
