TRAKK Hot & Cold FOR KNEE AND ELBOW Reviews

3.5 Rating 47 Reviews
We use this to relieve itchiness from bug bites for our kids as well as for any injury in arms.I like that it has built-in strap with velcro attachment so it can be easily strapped on to the arms or legs for our kids. I have not used for hot treatment but cold treatment does work well but while it's soft to the skin on the opposite sides of the beads, it's not as cold as ice packs and it gets warm too quickly. It might still be great for young children but not ideal for teenagers or adults.

I use this for my elbow tendinitis, which is hard to use a normal ice pack during working hours! I love this product! I highly recommend!

So happy I purchased. I bought two mostly for my swollen ankles. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my ankles were getting swollen after excessive walking. I totally recommend this.

I used these on the tops of my feet after experiencing foot trauma. I loved the strap that helps hold them in place. With the compartments, it keeps the coldness evenly applied! I had been using a ziplock w/ ice & a pillow on top to hold it in place, but it still wasn't working well. I keep these in the freezer now, so they're always ready for migraines, etc. They're super soft on one side, so it feels good on your skin as well. I only wish I had bought them years ago when my kids were smaller & often had bumps & bruises.

Not big enough to wrap around a ankle.

I got this pack for both a swollen knee and a sore achilles tendon. It works great for both. I highly recommend it.
