“This great if you plan to use it cold. However, I followed the instructions for heating, which is what I was most interested in, and it barely got warm. I wish the title wouldn't include “hot†therapy in it so that I would have known to keep looking.”

“Works great to put on a spot and keep it there. I use it for the top of my foot and it's the first ice pack I've found that I can get to stay put. However, it never gets very icy and it does not matter how long it stays in the freezer. It's chilled, but even directly out of the freezer you don't need any sort of towel or lining between the ice pack and your skin.”
