This great if you plan to use it cold. However, I followed the instructions for heating, which is what I was most interested in, and it barely got warm. I wish the title wouldn't include “hot” therapy in it so that I would have known to keep looking.

This ice pack is very versatile, you can use it just about any where you need it. The built in divots make it flexible enough to wrap around your wrist, ankle or even head.My only complaint is that the rest of it is quite stiff when frozen.

So far the product works well, is flexible as I had hoped, even when frozen, and it can wrap around my heel. Velcro is strong. The shipper shipped the product and had it here with next day prime. I had ordered another previously and waited a week for the product that had 2 day shipping, but the seller didn't ship it so the expedience of this seller was much appreciated.

Comes out of freezer cold and frosty, however, the cold only lasts for 5 min. Max. Worthless for serious injuries, would be great for kids “booboo's”.

Works great to put on a spot and keep it there. I use it for the top of my foot and it's the first ice pack I've found that I can get to stay put. However, it never gets very icy and it does not matter how long it stays in the freezer. It's chilled, but even directly out of the freezer you don't need any sort of towel or lining between the ice pack and your skin.

Really pretty and comfortable ice wrap. At first I was concerned that it would not solidify and offer long enough cooling effect. But it was normal. Took the beads about 30 min to reach room temperature.

It's great to use, especially for your ankle. Only issue it does not stay cold for long.
