“These dont stay cold very long and the instructions are to put the mask in the freezer 1-2 hours before you need it but not any longer. Not very convenient if you want to use in the event of sudden headache or having to remove it before 2 hours.”
“They're good but do not stay cold for very long while in use. If you do get chronic headaches & migraines like i do, this does help. Also this does help very well with my allergies. But like i said I'd buy a couple if you're thinking about purchasing.”
