“I use it between my virtual reality headset and my face...works great.if u heat it up in the microwave make sure the beads are evenly distributed so the plastic isn't touching between the beads or it will melt..I just use a plastic bowl put the mask in it and pour hot water over the mask to warm it up...💪😎🤘”
“I've only used it as a frozen face mask since that's what I bought it for, and it's very comfortable. It does not get “frozen†as in a block of ice, just very very cool, and it's not uncomfortable even if you wear it the whole time until it warms up. 2 masks do come in the package.”
“My first disappointment was that I only received one mask. In the questions, the seller indicates there are two masks and next to the price (the unit/price count) indicates you should receive two as well. I only received one. I reached out to Amazon and they sent a replacement and that only had one mask as well. My frustration came when I received an email reminding me to return the first mask or I would be charged a second time. Leaving me, once again, with only one mask.The mask itself is pretty nice if you are going to freeze it. The plush lining helps protect from the extreme cold. I did try to microwave one mask in 5 second intervals. I kept massaging in between cycles. It warmed up nicely, but the outside did seem to soften a good bit. I would not recommend microwaving more then a few seconds at a time to prevent damage.”
“The product would have to wrap around your throat bc it's not big enough for any other option. It doesn't get really cold and you have to hold it in place that's why they only show it from the back on someone's neck in the pics bc it's not something you think of when purchasing it. But let me tell you, it's not soothing or helpful to have this Velcrod to your throat.”
