“One is lucky to get 10 minutes out of this product, using either hot or cold. Needed it for migraines. Messaged seller almost two weeks ago regarding refunding the product, as they had advertised.....and......crickets. Absolutely nothing special about this product in comparison to other similar masks. This set barely works at all. Much cheaper Wal-Mart versions actually work better, and at least Wal-Mart honors their refund policy. This seller DOES NOT honor theirs and won't communicate. BUY ELSEWHERE!”
“I was having a problem with my undereye feeling irritated. That was the reason for the purchase. I felt I wanted something to soothe that feeling I was having. It did feel good on me as long as it felt cool. I did not want to put in the freezer, so I just put it in the fridge. It did not stay cool for long. Overall. I discovered my problem was coming from a product I was using. I am sure if you put it in the freezer it would stay colder. Nice value for 2.”
“Lifesaver for those with allergies! My husband's allergies cause swollen eyes, headaches and nasal issues. This product placed in the freezer (per instructions) allows the swollen eyes, headache and nasal issues to become manageable. The cutout eyelets allows him to see while waiting for it to work. Past masks did not have eyelets cut out. He considers it a lifesaver for him. Highly recommend.”
