“Nice for headache sufferers - we keep one in the fridge & one in a drawer to heat. Nice that you can wear them & still see. FYI do not hear in microwave- put in very warm water instead. (It says you can microwave but they get too hot & the head wrap melts a bit).”

“It's very comfortable, but if I freeze it it's way too cold, and if I refrigerate it it's not cold enough. I got this to relieve headaches and migraines but it is ineffective because it's either way to cold to even put on my face or if it's warm it is pointless”
