“I get temple headaches and this mask is great. I fall asleep right away. However, I don't think they will last long. The material is skimpy . If wrong I will send another review after 3 months.”
“I bought these for my post-op hot treatment (already had the cold treatment for 2-weeks). Just 10-12 seconds on each side in the microwave provided enough heat/warmth for 10-15 minutes treatment. Place over a facial tissue and momentarily push to redistribute the beads for a more even and longer lasting of constant heat.Can't say much about cold treatment; but understand why some were not please because our different facial features and curvatures. The twin packs may help double the time for cold treatment.For those need for hot treatment I will definitely recommend this product.”
“This mask is a lifesaver. I battle headaches almost daily and the mask helps relieve the pain. Have a 2 pack means that I can be using one while freezing another. I have not used it as a "hot" mask so I can't speak to that but the freezing part is fabulous!!!”
