TRAKK Hot & Cold FOR ANKLE Reviews

These are absolutely perfect for my Achilles tendinitis. I loved them at first, but then it started taking longer and longer to get them fully frozen. Because of this, they don't last very long. I'm at the point now after a couple months, it takes a day and a half to two days to get them fully frozen. Not sure what happened.

I love it because once frozen it stays that way for a while and I don't have to hold it on my wrist. I think it's great for those annoying aches and pains.

Doesn't cool down no matter how long you leave it in freezer. Maybe I got a defective one, but I tried multiple times.

I bought this to wrap around my elbow, to relieve arthritic pain. It is either not designed for that part of the body, or just poorly designed? It is very difficult to wrap by myself because the velcro equipped strap just doesn't hold the wrap on. It slides off of the wrap continuously. I would need a third hand to use this. And the wrap/pad is too small for my small arm. Maybe it's a children's size? Anyway, I will be looking for something else.Edit on 4/2/22: It just broke open after warming ion the microwave after 20 seconds - less than the usual amount of time. Junk. Wish I could give "0" stars.

I like this product but it doesn't stay cold. It has great reviews so I got it but it didn't last like I needed it to. It is very soft and fits perfectly in certain areas (wrist, foot, ankle) but it stays cold for 10 minutes for me. I tried different places in my freezer to see if it would help it get colder and even in my deep freezer with no such luck. I could be doing it wrong but it just didn't work for me.

This ice therapy pad really does work well for every body part! I have to sit all day at a desk for school and work, which often leaves me with lingering wrist and elbow pain. This cooling pad works well for both of those body parts. While I don't need it for my knee, I wrapped it around one of them just to try it out, and it molds perfectly to that as well. This pad is very easy to use too. Just set it in the freezer and take it out as you need it then put it back in when you're done. It provides at least 45 mins - hour of cooling relief before it needs to be put back in the freezer. I definitely recommend this product.

I have severe pain in my left ankle. An X-ray shows arthritis, but OMG I didn't think arthritis could hurt this much. I swear it's something else, but I don't know what. At any rate, it keeps me up at night, but icing it helps. The problem is getting an ice pack to stay in place. I generally have to lay on my left side with an ice pack under my ankle, but then I can't move my leg or turn over, etc. So, after doing a search here on Amazon, I found this lovely item that seems tailor-made for my problem. Voilà - I could keep ice on my ankle and still be able to move my leg, turn over, walk, etc. The soft side against the skin is great, and the little beads keep the thing from freezing so solid that it won't bend around your ankle. This would also be great for using on a wrist, knee, or elbow. Most recently, I used it on my upper arm. I got my Covid vaccine booster and my arm hurt like heck so I used this ice pack. Amazing. I am so glad I purchased it!

I got this for Achilles tendonitis and it helps a lot. I love that the strap and the ice pack is big enough to fit my whole heel.
