Plastic broke after a week spilling out al the beads. It worked well before this happened. Frustrated and would like a refund or replacement.

I love this ankle wrap. I have neuropathy due to cervical and lumbar fusion. I've been having pain from the tibial nerve that runs across the inside of the ankle. It branches off of the sciatic nerve. I've been wrapping it around my ankle a couple times a day since I got it. It has a soft side that goes against the skin. The strap with Velcro stretches so you can wrap it good and it stays in place. Great product, good quality!!

We use this to relieve itchiness from bug bites for our kids as well as for any injury in arms.I like that it has built-in strap with velcro attachment so it can be easily strapped on to the arms or legs for our kids. I have not used for hot treatment but cold treatment does work well but while it's soft to the skin on the opposite sides of the beads, it's not as cold as ice packs and it gets warm too quickly. It might still be great for young children but not ideal for teenagers or adults.

I have painful arthritis around my ankles, knees, and wrists. My podiatrist recommended placing an ice pack on my ankles. I saw this and liked being able to wrap around and still have the ability to move around without the pad falling off. It is a great concept having a soft side to place directly on the skin with the iced gels not in direct contact with skin, and having the wrap bandage with velcro already attached is nice. The wrap is simple to use. My only reason for 3 stars is that the gel capsules don't stay cold for very long. Generally I like having the pack to stay cold for at least 20 minutes or so...this gets warm within 10 minutes so the wrap spends more time in the freezer than being able to utilize. I don't believe this would work well enough for a sprain or deep ice packing needs. I would search elsewhere.

I think the concept is good but I use it on the cold/icy side because it doesn't stay cold very long at all. By doing this, I have a rough time with the wrap since the Velcro would be on the other side. Just wish they stayed cold longer.

This ice pack is very versatile, you can use it just about any where you need it. The built in divots make it flexible enough to wrap around your wrist, ankle or even head.My only complaint is that the rest of it is quite stiff when frozen.

I was planning on wrapping this around my head for when the migraines strike, it wasn't stretchy enough for that but it works well for my husband's ankle when it's aggravated. One side is covered in a soft fabric, the other side is the ice pack plastic side. It stays cold for quite a while and is very useful.
