I had a pretty bad hematoma from donating plasma qnd decided to give the oil a try on that since I already enjoyed the scent and moisturizing properties. I gently rubbed a little on the area where the bruising was before bed. By morning it was maybe half gone. Did it again in the a.m. and that evening, the bruise was gone. Maybe it healed on its own but it does contain arnica so I'm convinced the oil helped.”
