“This wonderful massage is easy to use (but you must sit near an outlet). There massage "nubs" rotate nicely and reverse direction automatically and can be warmed with a put-on on the massager. The nubs are a bit large and it would be nicer if they were not as tall, but the taller nubs does give a deep tissues massage. The controls are easy to reach on the drape that hangs down front. Speed can be change, heat is Off/On, and the massage rotator nubs can be tuned off and on and when they are on they change direction.Warningâ€â€the deep tissue massager nubs (when pushed to hard not he shoulders or lower back_ can cause some bruising of the tissue. Lear the best amount and pressure after a few tries. Overall, a very god purchase. One family member finds it super helpful for the shoulders and neck, and I find it super helpful for the low back.”
“I am so disappointed. The back massager has a short circuit on it and will only work if you keep the on button depressed. This was a second purchase for the back massager, but I gave it to someone. However, that one is still working. Its a great product, but I would have to say you might want to pick a different vendor.”
