“The heat function on mine is broken. The red light turns on but there is no difference whatsoever between whether heat is coming out or not. I love this concept and am really glad I got one, but also the rotating kneading thing on my right side, when it switches directions, makes a clicking noise so I have a feeling this item is going to die fairly quickly. My SO really likes it, as do I, but we can't switch who can use it sitting on the couch because the cord is fairly short, which doesn't bug me so much, as I realized very soon the best way to use this would be cordless. I kind of wish I hadn't received a bit of a dud as far as products go, but it was on sale so I guess I can't complain too much. I just don't think I would recommend this particular brand with so many others out there that have much better reviews and don't have these issues.”
