Very relaxing whenever my muscles tighten up. Love to use the massager on my neck and back. Can adjust the speed and direction as well as add heat if wanted.

You definitely get what you pay for. Product feels very cheaply made- like it's going to break. I would recommend buying a more expensive, better quality one if you're in the market.

2 years ago I herniated the C7 disc and also it was discovered that I have C2 bulging , C4 and C5 are degenerative. I went through tremendous pain for about 5 weeks initially and over the last 2 years I've had a lot of pain and stiffness on the left side of my neck. I'm a building laborer by trade and I workout . I received this item 5 days ago and have been using it twice a day for 15 minutes and after the first use I felt major major relief. When you have disc problems, the muscles tighten up around the disc to protect it . This device has loosened the muscles . I now have about 90% of the pain gone and better mobility . I also use an inflatable neck traction device. I ha e been using that for months and that also helps some. This is a very deep tissue massager , don't over use it . Once after you wake up for 15 minutes and before bed or after work for 15 minutes. It shuts off after 15 minutes.

I have only had it for a few days, but so far I really like it. It seemed a little bulky at first but now that I'm getting used to it I love it.
