TRAKK Shoulder and Body - Black Reviews

4.5 Rating 494 Reviews
The product is a little deceptive. I purchased this as a birthday gift for my husband. He complains with neck and back ache a lot. I thought this would be the perfect gift for him. There are two holes on the massager that you can put your hands though, however, if you put pressure on them, the massaging balls stall or stop completely. So you basically have no real pressure on the part of your body that you want massaged. I even tried on my neck while I was in bed. I was lying on my stomach with my neck turned to the side and because I could not put pressure to hold the massager into place, it just rolled over my neck and out of place. A bit disappointing and I would not purchase again.

The device stopped working in less than 10 uses. (there is high pitch metal on metal noise, something is definitively not right) Tried to contact the seller numerous time for a refund or replacement to no avail. (bunch useless emails back and forth asked me to plug and unplug the device from power cord... then they just stopped replying me after I maintained the stance that I want an replacement)Avoid this seller if you can. Buyer be aware.

Really helps with the strain my shoulders. The heat and massage combined are great.

The quality of the messager. It wasn't what I thought it would be. It's uncomfortable to use

This thing is so not what I expected. It's heavy. It's difficult to position where you need it. Pictures for it show someone relaxing while it massages your neck, but it's so large and clunky that it isn't relaxing at all to hold onto your shoulders. And yes, you have to hold it at all times. I returned it and ended up buying myself a weighted neck throw, that is really more of what I expected this to be.
