“This really is a wonderful item for a shoulder/lower neck massage. The price was great too (it was on sale). My only complaint is the cord is not quite long enough. You need a chair right next to an outlet or an extension cord. I hope the manufacturers listen to the feedback and start making it with a longer cord.”
