“This does have good power and works the knots..when it wants to. I've noticed it shuts off now and then even when the 15 mins isn't up. Maybe it's just the cord coming loose? Which brings me to the other cons. It has a short cord and the part that plugs in to the massager comes loose easily and you also have to be careful the plug-in knob doesn't slip back thru the hole up into the fabric.”
“Super con.....only works for 15 minutes at a time. Other con- short cord and a loose connection from the unit to the electrical cord. The connection falls out often.The unit also doesn't want to stay on some times. The first run for 15 great. Then the next time I used it a day later it stayed on for 1 min. Then I waited 5 min and then it ran for 15. Kind of don't think it will last.Pro- When it works, it's really nice. My primary use was for neck and back sitting at a PC all day. It was great for that purpose, just wished it lasted a little long.”
“It is so good. I use it daily and it helps with my neck pain. It has a heat option, which can be turned off. I would use it more if time permitted, so far so good! I do wish the handles were a bit longer, however, its doable for my size.... It's been a few months, so well see about longevity... I would definitely recommend!”
“Originally only Bought One of these for My Mother's pinched Nerve She was having in Neck and Shoulder. Ended up buying a Second one for her Husband because He wanted one too, soo bad, after seeing how Happy and Satisfied My Mom is with Hers! Lol”
