“Purchased June 28th (few weeks ago) Massager first worked for 15 minutes then shut off. Now for the last week & 1/2 it only stays on for 10 minutes at best!! I haven't used the heat at all- hoping that would make it stay on longer. Doesn't!I feel like it is defected or is this normal for this unit? Really not happy it only works for 10 minutes now & fear it's going to keep declining with on time! If I don't get feedback from owner soon- I'll just return it.”
