“I love this item. I've purchased 2 in the last year. Why 2? Because after using for an hour daily, it has died after 5 months. There is no way to return to the company even with a 1 yr warrenty, and always dies after the TRAKK return window has closed.”

The kicker being that it's still brand new, I barely used it. I still have the box too. “I bought it to help with neck pin. It works well, but then it reverses. It compresses the neck vertebrate when it reverses, and hurts. If it had the ability to just go in a selected direction, I would have given it 5 stars.”
