“Many moons ago I had a big bulky unit that was more like a shiatsu "wand" you had to hold above your head and it was heavy and exhausting to use.This product is great! It is small but also convenient and above all else, it works. I don't really have back pain but it did feel good on my back. I mainly have neck issues and at the end of the day I can slide this from the side of the sofa and it will relieve the neck pain in about 15 minutes.The heat function is great - something is wrong with my unit. It says press the ON/OFF in sequence 1, to turn on, 2, to adjust the direction of the massage, 3, to turn off the heating element, and 4, to turn off completely. However, step 3 doesn't work for me. The heating element does not turn off. I simply tested it, I have no reason to use without the heat so its not a concern for me, but something you may want to be aware of if you wish to use it without heat... it might not turn off!Overall I love this and it also comes with a lot of thought into the design. It's small and light but sturdy and well-built, comes with a small strap so you could attach it to your arm and hold it in place, and comes with a car charger so you can use it in your vehicle (genius!). Really a 5-star product and I don't hand those out liberally.”
