“Remote was not included. Fabric around the rollers already torn and coming off (bought 08/21). Plug has to types wall and car charger-device continuously becomes separated from power source. If trying to use sitting up with keep sliding down and constantly having to adjust it. Can't control heat and gets extremely hot.”
