“It has one speed. Really hard. Not comfortable and the plug keeps coming unplugged.Update: they tried very rigorously to make me happy after my original 2 star review, so good customer service gets them an extra star. They sent me a new version of it and they have made some positive changes. Be sure to get the 8 ball one instead of the 4 ball one. Stronger and quieter motor. Still has an issue coming unplugged for me and is on a timer so it's hard to keep it going once you get it in the right spot. That's why I give it 3 stars. Not terrible though.”
